AMSER Teaching Portfolio Template

Here are two templates that you can use to document your teaching activities in a format that is both comprehensive and easily either converted to an institution-specific format (e.g. a personal statement) or used in its entirety. We recommend that you start recording your educational activities as they occur, rather than at the time you apply for promotion.
