*Advance registration deadline: February 26, 2025. Registration fees increase $50 after February 26. AAR membership supersedes all other categories. For example, if you are an AAR and APDR member, you will register under the AAR category.

Registration Policies & Cancellation Information


By registering for the 2025 AAR annual meeting, you have read and accept the AAR Meeting Policies.

Non-member Residents/Trainees and Medical Students must provide proof of status. A verification letter from your institution or student ID must accompany your registration.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Name changes are not allowed; new registration and payment are required.
  • Registrations and badges are non-transferable.
  • All registration cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] by February 26 to receive a refund.
  • Registration cancellations received by February 26 will result in a refund of paid fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • Refund requests received after February 26 will not be accepted or refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for registration purchased and not used.
