CORE

Case based Online Radiology Education (CORE) This is a MED-U module developed by AMSER and ACER members and made available by subscription to any medical school (130 med schools currently subscribe to other Med-U modules). CORE currently includes 16 interactive virtual patient cases which encompass the learning objectives. It is appropriate for first year Radiology Residents and medical students doing a Radiology elective. CORE cases teach radiology in a case-based approach that mimics clinical practice. Cases utilize the American College of Radiology (ACR) Appropriateness Criteria to teach an evidence-based approach to imaging and link to the excellent relevant interactive Radiology resources on the web.
