Aquifer Radiology (formerly CORE)

The 19 interactive virtual patient cases in Aquifer Radiology deliver on the learning objectives of the Association of Academic Radiology (AAR) and the Alliance of Medical Student Educators in Radiology (AMSER) medical student curriculum. Aquifer Radiology provides realistic scenarios that demonstrate best-practices and help students develop clinical reasoning skills. The course was created by educators, for educators, utilizing the ACR Appropriateness criteria.

Aquifer Radiology is a versatile learning tool, ideal for use as stand-alone course during a Radiology clerkship or elective, or for adding a radiology component into other appropriate clinical clerkships. With an institutional subscription, Aquifer Radiology is available to an entire accredited program. Programs may use the entire course, select individual cases that fit their curriculum, or integrate cases across a range of disciplines and courses available from Aquifer’s library of courses. A validated, summative 100-question multiple-choice exam is available for Aquifer Radiology at no additional charge.
